Both paths lead to a finished space, but the experience along the way is very different. The biggest difference is time. Conventional building means plans, contractors, phases and waiting — often months, sometimes with delays you have no control over. A modular kit we deliver, and two people assemble it in one or two days. In conventional building, labour is often the most expensive line on the bill. With a self-assembly kit you do that work yourself, which means that cost drops out.
