Privacy Policy

Data controller

The data controller is ContBlox. For any privacy questions, contact us at contact@contblox.com.

What we collect

We only collect personal data that you provide yourself through the inquiry form:

  • your name
  • your email address
  • your phone number (optional)
  • the selected model and the content of your message

Why we collect it

We use your data solely to respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote. We do not use it for automated profiling and do not share it with unauthorised third parties.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent and on taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (submitting an inquiry).

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry data only as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and any related business communication, after which it is deleted.

Cookies

Necessary cookies. These make the site work, remember your language choice and record your cookie decision. They do not require your consent, because the site cannot function without them.

Analytics (only with your consent). If you agree, we use Google Analytics 4, provided to EU users by Google Ireland Limited. It helps us understand which pages visitors read and where they stop. It sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies, which distinguish one device from another and are kept for up to two years. Data may also be transferred to the United States under the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Analytics loads only after you consent. If you decline or simply ignore the banner, Google’s script is never downloaded and no analytics cookie is set. You can withdraw your consent at any time using the withdraw-consent button; when you do, we delete the existing Google Analytics cookies.

We do not use advertising or profiling cookies.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, email us at contact@contblox.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
